Snr Associate/manager - People Development

This role supports the management, implementation, and maintenance of a cross-functional learning strategy to enhance organizational capabilities within GBS, aligning with emerging business needs. It involves the full HRD cycle (design, development, implementation, evaluation) and focuses on leadership and people development, including adapting to AI-enabled environments.

What you'd actually do

  1. Evaluate the effectiveness of learning interventions and other related initiatives.
  2. Promote use of existing resources and appropriate learning technologies, to support people development activities
  3. Maintain linkages with professional L&D associations and other internal Lilly learning and development networks.
  4. Implement the People Development aspects of People Strategy through the 70:20:10 model.
  5. Partner across the team to build, deliver, and evaluate programs to drive a high-performance culture including capabilities required to lead in increasingly digital and AI enabled environments.

Skills

Required

  • Professional Qualification in Organizational Psychology/Training/Learning and Development/Human Resource development essential (PSI, CIPD, IITD or equivalent)
  • Training delivery and evaluation (previously Train the trainer QQI Level 6) or equivalent.
  • 2 years min experience in a People Development/ Learning & Development role /function.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong business relationships both internal to Lilly and with external collaborators/suppliers.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate broadly and at a high level, while maintaining appropriate attention to detail.

  • Psychometric qualification is beneficial.
