What you'd actually do

  1. Own Harvey’s social strategy and execution (LinkedIn, X, and emerging channels)
  2. Turn product updates, customer outcomes, and company thinking into high-signal content
  3. Translate complex legal and AI concepts into content that lands with both technical and non-technical audiences
  4. Monitor social sentiment and industry conversations to surface opportunities and flag potential issues in real time
  5. Lead real-time and sensitive communications with good judgment

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years in social
  • Experience building a relevant, engaged audience
  • Strong writing and editorial judgment
  • Sharp judgment under pressure
  • Move quickly without sacrificing quality
  • Feel for internet culture, online communities, and what makes content travel
  • Experience handling launches, announcements, and sensitive moments
  • Clear understanding of how people consume information online
  • Comfort using analytics to inform decisions

Nice to have

  • Experience in legal tech, enterprise SaaS, or similar spaces
  • Background in writing, journalism, or editorial
