Netflix is seeking a Social Marketing Manager for Benelux to develop and execute social media strategies, create engaging content, and drive audience growth across social channels. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with a deep understanding of social media dynamics and the entertainment landscape in the Benelux region.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drive Netflix’s social presence in the Benelux, shaping strategy and creating work that people actually want to watch, share, and talk about.
  2. Turn our titles into cultural moments by connecting stories, talent, and trends in ways that feel locally relevant and globally in sync.
  3. Own campaigns from idea to execution, making sure everything lands with clarity, quality, and impact.
  4. Work closely with cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to life across channels and touchpoints.
  5. Collaborate with creators, agencies, and production partners to deliver standout social-first content.
