Stripe is hiring a Social Media Customer Support Associate to manage customer inquiries and issues on social media platforms, acting as an escalation point and contributing to new program development for their new global Delivery Centers. This role focuses on providing an exceptional user experience within the fintech domain.

What you'd actually do

  1. Ensure we deliver an exceptional Stripe experience to users who reach out to us over social media including Twitter and Facebook (and future channels we go live on!)
  2. Help resolve issues that are escalated via social media, including technical product questions, and work to prevent those issues from happening again
  3. Partner with internal teams across Stripe, being the ultimate escalation point for users
  4. Coordinate executive escalations from Stripe’s leaders with other teams
  5. Contribute and manage new programs focused on improving the Stripe user experience
