Social Media Manager

Ramp is seeking a Social Media Manager to co-own all social channels, produce content, partner with internal teams, and create strategies for brand amplification. This role will also support senior executives with their personal social platforms and establish/track social media metrics. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in social media, ideally for a B2B brand, and is proficient with social media and content production tools.

What you'd actually do

  1. Co-own all social channels - LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook with content, community management, and calendar planning.
  2. Produce written and lightly-designed visuals for social media, partnering with a team of designers for higher-lift assets.
  3. Partner with internal teams on content focused on customers, in-house talent, key influencers, events, and in-office culture.
  4. Create strategies for leveraging microinfluencers, investors, and other brands to amplify our content
  5. Together with the rest of the Communications team, support senior executives with their personal social platforms.
