Social Value Program Manager

Workday Workday · Enterprise · London, United Kingdom +1 · Remote

This role is for a Social Value Program Manager at Workday, a company that describes itself as an AI platform for managing people, money, and agents. The manager will be responsible for delivering Workday's Social Value obligations to public sector customers in the UK, acting as a customer point of contact, staying aware of Social Value innovations, supporting business development by responding to procurement requirements, coordinating employee giving and doing activities, working with the Workday Foundation, developing measurement and reporting mechanisms, and collaborating with implementation partners and suppliers. The role requires experience in program/project management, specifically in Social Value/CSR/Employee Engagement, public sector experience, knowledge of UK public procurement policies (Social Value Model, Modern Slavery Act, UK Procurement Act), experience with Social Value measurement frameworks, and financial management of program budgets. While the company mentions being an 'AI platform' and managing 'agents', the core responsibilities of this specific role are focused on program management, public sector compliance, and social value initiatives, not on building or directly working with AI/ML models or systems.
