Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and scale AI-driven Self-Help, Self-Heal, and Agentic AI solutions for IT support automation. The role involves integrating AI/LLM services, workflow orchestration, and enterprise platforms to enable autonomous detection, diagnosis, remediation, validation, and recovery. Responsibilities include building full-stack applications, backend services, APIs, microservices, and front-end dashboards, with a focus on reliability, security, scalability, performance, and observability.

What you'd actually do

  1. Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications that enable AI-driven self-help, self-heal, and autonomous operations capabilities.
  2. Design and implement AI-powered remediation workflows, agentic AI solutions, and MCP-based integrations across enterprise systems.
  3. Integrate AI/LLM services, workflow orchestration engines, and enterprise platforms to enable autonomous detection, diagnosis, remediation, validation, and recovery capabilities.
  4. Build scalable backend services, APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations supporting automation and intelligent orchestration platforms.
  5. Develop modern front-end applications, dashboards, and portals for monitoring, management, and control of automation workflows.
