Canada: $150000 - $154000 (CAD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
- Write product or system development code.
- Contribute to existing documentation or educational content and adapt content based on product/program updates and user feedback.
- Design, build, and iterate on Android-stack software projects.
- Maintain strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional partners (e.g., Product Management, UX Design) and other development teams to ensure project alignment and successful delivery.
- Utilize strong debugging and troubleshooting skills to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues in a distributed system environment.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience with full stack development using Java or Kotlin.
- 2 years of experience with Android application development.
- Experience in computer science, data structures, algorithms and software design.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
- 3 years of experience working in a structured organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.
- Experience leveraging AI development tools.
- Ability to quickly prototype and iterate on new ideas, moving fast from concept to product delivery while meeting high delivery standards.
