  3. Participate in troubleshooting and resolving various technical issues related to ServiceNow HRSD applications/ Custom processes.
  4. Develop and implement various solutions for managing employee lifecycle events within ServiceNow.
  5. Customize and configure HR service delivery modules to support onboarding, Flexible Work Arrangements, and Managing low performance.
