Key responsibilities include:
- Building Delivery Plans: Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to develop comprehensive roadmaps for security enhancements, integrating agile methodologies to align with business priorities and customer needs.
- Leading Execution: Oversee the end-to-end implementation of security projects, including resource allocation, risk mitigation, and performance tracking to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Training and Mentoring Engineers: Design and deliver training programs on secure service delivery and operations, including hands-on guidance on tools like Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) security features, DevSecOps practices, and incident management. This will upskill junior and mid-level engineers, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $122,500 to $291,800 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
