What you'd actually do

  1. Compose and build the core AI platform powering intelligent developer workflows across Adobe.
  2. Develop scalable infrastructure for crafting, deploying, orchestrating, and managing AI agents and reusable skills.
  3. Build distributed backend services for context management, agent orchestration, evaluation, observability, and runtime execution.
  4. Build highly reliable, low-latency systems supporting AI-powered developer interactions.
  5. Partner with product, research, and engineering teams to bring modern AI capabilities into production.

Skills

Required

  • 6+ years of experience crafting and building large-scale distributed systems.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or similar backend languages.
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and backend services.
  • Experience crafting scalable, highly available backend platforms.
  • Experience building LLM-powered or GenAI applications.
  • Experience with AI agents, agent orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, etc.), MCP, RAG, context management, evaluation frameworks, or reasoning models.
  • Experience working with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience building CI/CD platforms and developer infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of observability and monitoring platforms such as Grafana, Splunk, New Relic.

Nice to have

  • B.Tech/M.Tech./M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with AI coding assistants and developer efficiency platforms.
  • Passion for building platforms that improve engineering efficiency at scale.
