What you'd actually do

  1. Evolve a scalable multi-agent AI application that powers ad placements on Amazon and across premium publisher environments such as NYTimes, seen by billions of customers daily
  2. Design and improve evaluation frameworks, feedback loops, and automated guardrails to elevate agent output quality
  3. Extend platform capabilities to support diverse rendering environments, ad formats, and distribution channels
  4. Partner closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, Applied Scientists, and Business intelligence Engineers to gather requirements and analyze the experiments
  5. Design and develop brand-tailored creative experiences that empower advertisers to deliver high-quality, on-brand campaigns at scale

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
  • 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language

Nice to have

  • 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
