As a Software Development Engineer on the core experiences team, you will
- Design and implement products that enable video service partners (Prime Video Channels, IMDb TV, Twitch, etc) to surface & promote content as part of the 'Live TV' integrated experience.
- Investigate, prototype, and deliver new and innovative software applications.
- Deliver high quality software through working in a dynamic, team-focused Agile/Scrum environment.
Additionally, You will drive key engineering and business decisions that impact Amazon’s long-term vision, which includes rapid innovation in building better voice interfaces to the media and entertainment content that Fire TV customers love! We leverage technology in client-app frameworks, big data, machine learning, optimization techniques and high availability services. Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
