  2. Build and optimize ad searching, selection, and matching systems that drive relevant sponsored ad delivery across Amazon's retail surfaces
  3. Work with massive datasets using distributed frameworks to improve ad coverage, relevance, and performance
  4. Innovate in search architecture, information retrieval, NLP, and deep learning to advance ad matching capabilities
  5. Troubleshoot and support high-volume production systems while maintaining strict SLA requirements

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
  • 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language

Nice to have

  • 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
  • Experience working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage
