Skills

Required

  • At least 3 years of experience in QA/QE with a strong emphasis on test automation development
  • Strong programming skills (such as Swift or Python) with a track record of writing clean, maintainable, well-architected test code
  • Proven experience designing, building, and owning UI automation frameworks, suites, and supporting tooling from the ground up
  • Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and diagnosing, triaging, and reducing test flakiness at scale
  • Experience automating across multiple platforms (Desktop and Mobile)
  • Strong understanding of testing strategy: knowing what to automate, at what layer, and how to maximize coverage and signal
  • Confirmed bug detection, isolation, and regression skills; able to reduce a vague report to a clean, reproducible case
  • Able to translate feature descriptions and specs into effective, well organized automated test plans
  • Able to write clear, concise bug reports that include all the relevant information
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
  • Analytical, disciplined, and creative problem solver, committed to driving quality forward
  • Ability to adapt in a high paced and informal environment
  • Hands-on experience writing and maintaining automated test frameworks using XCTest and/or XCUITest for iOS and/or macOS platforms
  • Solid understanding of software development fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git in a collaborative development environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience

  • Hands on experience with productivity or creativity software such as word processors, presentation apps, or similar consumer applications
