What you'd actually do

  1. Translate system and business requirements into high‑quality code using appropriate programming languages and tools, applying CI/CD (Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment) practices.
  2. Support multiple Medical Management capabilities, including (but not limited to) Prior Authorization, Utilization Management, Care Management, provider and member workflows, and related clinical and operational services.
  3. Design and enhance digital services and integrations that support Medical Management processes and data exchange.
  4. Provide production support for applications used by Customer Service Representatives, clinical teams, and provider network partners.
  5. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product partners, and IT leaders to identify problems and deliver effective, technology‑based solutions.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree plus five (5) years of relevant professional experience
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles
  • hands‑on experience using one or more modern programming languages

Nice to have

  • Experience designing and building service‑based or API‑driven solutions
  • Exposure to cloud‑based platforms and modern application architectures
  • Experience working in healthcare or other highly regulated environments
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment
  • Experience with automated testing tools and practices
  • Ability to independently design, implement, and deliver technology solutions end‑to‑end
  • Familiarity with healthcare platforms or core administration systems (such as Facets)
