What you'd actually do

  1. Lead and grow a high-performing software engineering team within Oracle Health & AI.
  2. Manage engineers who design, develop, troubleshoot, debug, and operate software programs, applications, tools, and services.
  3. Own planning, execution, and delivery of complex engineering initiatives across multiple workstreams.
  4. Partner with product management, architecture, security, operations, clinical stakeholders, and cross-functional engineering teams.
