Software Engineer to build enterprise-wide technology and platforms for an AI-native production environment for animated shorts and specials. The role involves evaluating AI developments, packaging workflows, prototyping, and developing tools for artists and technical directors to support scalable GenAI-native production.

What you'd actually do

  1. Help build enterprise-wise technology and platforms for INK to support scalable GenAI-native production across shows.
  2. To support artists and technical directors on shows, evaluate internal and external algo developments in the context of creative requirements. Package successful workflows for use by other artists across the studio.
  3. In collaboration with Netflix infrastructure teams, help define artist distributed compute and workstation requirements. Ensure proper API support for Technical Directors to customize per-show or craft last mile integration.
  4. Prototype and test new workflows in real production scenarios, gather feedback from artists, and iterate to improve usability and performance.
  5. Establish and maintain studio standards around generated assets and materials from the artists. Develop and maintain tools for artists that navigate and manage generated materials.
