Netflix is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design and develop its in-house infrastructure platform for Creative Compute & Storage Software Services. This role involves orchestrating compute, disk, network, and other resources across globally distributed systems, integrating with core Netflix technologies and third-party solutions, and developing core VM, container, network, and storage technologies to support creative workflows. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Go or Java, experience with large distributed systems, and familiarity with IaaS providers.

What you'd actually do

  1. Designing orchestration of compute, disk, network, and other resources across globally distributed systems
  2. Integrating with core Netflix technologies and third-party solutions to deliver a cloud provider for studio needs
  3. Developing and advancing core VM, container, network, and storage technologies to support complex creative workflows

Skills

Required

  • Go, Java, or similar object-oriented languages
