What you'd actually do

  1. Manage user permissions and maintain group access controls.
  2. Create and modify Jira projects, Confluence spaces, and basic workflows based on team requirements.
  3. Resolve Tier 1 support tickets related to access, project issues, and simple JQL (Jira Query Language) filters, assess and resolve bugs/breakages with IT cooperation.
  4. Consult with business units to translate their unique requirements into scalable Jira projects and Confluence space architectures.
  5. Design and maintain complex automation rules using Atlassian Automation and ScriptRunner (Groovy) to streamline cross-functional workflows.
