Software Engineer, Content Safety, AI Transformation Enablement

Google Google · Big Tech · Singapore

Software Engineer role focused on building and deploying production-grade content safety solutions using AI and ML techniques. The role involves implementing agentic flows, multi-step AI orchestration pipelines, and validation gates to protect users from harmful content. It requires experience with ML infrastructure, software development, and potentially speech/audio or reinforcement learning.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build high-quality systems that help your team deliver on its commitments to clients, ensuring effective and performant solutions to content safety problems.
  2. Own the design and implementation of robust, modular software components to ensure clean, readable, and maintainable code.
  3. Implement and maintain both stateless and stateful agentic flows, supporting multi-step AI orchestration pipelines that interact securely with Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), databases, and external tools.
  4. Develop and test validation gates, routing logic, and tool-use schemas to guarantee deterministic and compliant execution within our autonomous safety agent pipelines.
  5. Build and deploy production-grade content safety solutions across both server-side and on-device environments.
