What you'd actually do

  1. Work with cross-functional (design, build, test, process) teams to deliver features and products
  2. Provide input to the short-term product roadmap and product design
  3. Participate in customer and stakeholder interviews to align product design with roles (personas)
  4. Assist product managers to groom the product backlog; ensuring that an agreed amount of scope is always ready to move forward and identifying if this is not the case
  5. Engage frequently with or be an integral member of the product development team; facilitate discussions, provide clarification, drive feature refinement, conduct testing and validation

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or in “STEM” Majors
  • 3+ years of experience
  • Strong knowledge of software design and coding principles
  • Knowledge on AEM as a CMS
  • Knowledge on functional QA
  • Ability to drive productivity using AI tools like Kiro
  • Familiarity with versatile implementation options
