Figma is seeking experienced full-stack engineers for their Growth & Monetization Engineering organization. This role involves designing, building, and scaling reliable, secure, and intuitive systems that power collaboration and revenue operations for millions of users, from startups to Fortune 500 companies. Responsibilities include owning key product features, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and operating/monitoring systems with a focus on reliability, security, and performance. Experience with B2B SaaS, billing, enterprise systems, and experimentation is a plus.

What you'd actually do

  1. Design, build, test, and ship high-quality features across the stack, using technologies like TypeScript, React, Ruby, Go, C++, and more.
  2. Own key parts of the product that impact user experience, internal productivity, or revenue operations.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional partners in product, design, data science, support, and sales to shape product direction and solve complex problems.
  4. Operate and monitor the systems you build, with a strong focus on reliability, security, performance, and user experience.
  5. Contribute to team culture by mentoring peers, providing feedback, and helping foster a collaborative and inclusive engineering environment.

  • 4+ years of professional software engineering experience
  • Full-stack experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React/TypeScript)
