  2. Build, maintain, and scale backend services and their support tools using modern engineering practices.
  3. Champion continuous workflow innovation by evaluating emerging AI agent capabilities and helping set the standard for team-wide adoption.
  4. Create automation and tooling to make our systems more scalable, easier to deploy.
  5. Work closely with product and sibling teams to understand product specifications and influence the roadmap for the Service Architecture Intelligence products at New Relic.
