What you'd actually do

  1. Build and operate cloud-scale services that power Copilot Tuning and AI customization experiences in Microsoft 365 Copilot.
  2. Collaborate with engineers, applied scientists, and product managers to design and deliver reliable, secure, and scalable solutions.
  3. Develop high-quality code, automated tests, and monitoring to ensure service reliability and operational excellence.
  4. Investigate and resolve production issues, contributing to live-site health and continuous service improvement.
  5. Partner across teams to deliver end-to-end features that help customers adapt Copilot to their unique data and workflows.

Skills

Required

  • coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field
  • 2+ years technical engineering experience
