What you'd actually do

  1. Design, implement, test, and maintain software for intelligent systems, prototypes, and product experiences.

  3. Develop and integrate components involving areas such as multimodal AI, computer vision, spatial computing, embodied AI, robotics, data processing, simulation, or hardware integration.
  4. Evaluate system behavior, investigate technical issues, and improve performance, reliability, and maintainability.
  5. Apply modern engineering practices, including code reviews, automated testing, documentation, security, privacy, and responsible AI.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Engineering, or a related technical field OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience developing software in one or more programming languages, including but not limited to C++, C#, Python.
  • Ability to collaborate across disciplines and learn unfamiliar technologies.

Nice to have

  • Experience in one or more relevant areas, such as AI or machine learning, computer vision, robotics, simulation, spatial computing, embedded systems, or distributed systems.
  • Experience integrating software with machine-learning models, sensors, devices, or other complex systems.
  • Experience taking experimental or research-oriented software toward a reliable and maintainable implementation.
  • Familiarity with modern development practices and tools, including automated testing, continuous integration, debugging, profiling, and AI-assisted engineering workflows.
  • Experience collaborating in research, academic, or multidisciplinary engineering environments.
