What you'd actually do

  1. In this role, you will implement user-experience improvements across the Klaviyo product, especially in areas that affect new customers.
  2. You will design and implement A/B tests to validate ideas, and interpret the results of these tests to inform iterative improvements to the product.
  3. You will collaborate with marketing, data-science, sales, and engineering teams to discover areas for improvement, as well as engaging with customers directly to learn more about how we can better serve their needs.
  4. You will help us improve our experimentation and development processes, and mentor other engineers on the team.
  5. You will clearly define the goal, constraints, and context for AI agents, while remaining responsible for the correctness of the implementation, with a focus on security, performance, and maintainability.
