  1. Leads the work of small groups of four to six engineers, including offshore associates, for assigned engineering projects by providing pertinent documents, direction, and examples; identifying short- and long-term solutions and timelines; reviewing and providing feedback for proposed solutions; and performing design and code reviews of changes.
  3. Troubleshoots business and production issues by gathering information (e.g., issue, impact, criticality, possible root cause); engaging support teams to assist in the resolution of issues; formulating an action plan; performing actions as designated in the plan; interpreting the results to determine further action; performing root cause analysis to prevent future occurrences of issues; and completing online documentation.
  4. Provides support to the business by responding to users' questions, concerns, and issues (e.g., technical feasibility, implementation strategies); identifying short- and long-term solutions; facilitating resolutions; and leading cross-functional partnerships.
  5. Leads the discovery phase of medium- to large-scale projects to develop high-level designs by partnering with product management, project management, business, and user experience teams, and obtaining cross-functional approvals.
