What you'd actually do

  1. Executes software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problems
  2. Design, develop, and maintain secure, high‑quality production code using modern programming languages (Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, Python), following SDLC and enterprise engineering standards.
  3. Build and maintain microservices and API-driven architectures, developing and integrating RESTful APIs, and supporting event-driven or real-time use cases where appropriate.
  4. Produce and review architecture and design artifacts for complex systems, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and non-functional requirements (security, performance, resiliency, scalability).
  5. Write clean, maintainable, well-documented, and testable production code; actively participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices.

Skills

Required

  • Formal training or certification on system design concepts and 3+ years applied experience
  • 5+ years' experience in Full stack ReactJS, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, Python and AWS
  • Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
  • Experience supporting or integrating SaaS platforms, particularly Monday.com or similar workflow/project management tools.
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Proven experience in full-stack development, covering both front-end and back-end systems.
  • Proficiency in modern programming languages (Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, Python).
  • Experience designing and building distributed systems, APIs, and microservices.
  • Hands-on experience deploying and supporting applications in AWS cloud environments.
  • Solid understanding of Agile practices, CI/CD, application resiliency, and security best practices.
  • Build, enhance, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, GitLab CI.
  • Experience implementing automation or AI assisted features within production software platforms or workflows.
