DataCatalog is a Poland based team, building the core platform for metadata management.
In this role, you will be the part of a really greenfield project written in Kotlin, and you will be building the core platform for Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Data Governance use cases.Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and launch new products, features, and components with product excellence, technical quality.
- Participate in monitoring and debugging efforts, support frequent releases.
- Manage project priorities, deadlines and deliverables separately.
- Communicate with other team members.
- Collaborate with partner teams to assess incoming asks, manage escalations.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
- 2 years of experience with full stack development, across back-end such as Kotlin, Java, Python, Golang, or C++ codebases, and front-end experience including JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS or equivalent.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 2 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Experience in developing accessible technologies.
- Experience with data analytics, data processing, data warehouses, data lakes, and Business Intelligence (BI).
