This role focuses on building the core engine for a Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) platform, evolving traditional security automation into a dynamic, multi-agent ecosystem. The engineer will unite structured workflows with AI agent reasoning to enable SOC teams to orchestrate defense at machine speed, using languages like C#, Python, or Go.

What you'd actually do

  1. Design, develop, test, and deploy highly scalable, reliable, and secure software components for the Security Operations (SecOps) Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) Response platform.
  2. Write clean, robust, and well-tested code (utilizing languages such as C#, Python, Go, etc) that meets Google's high standards for quality and performance.
  3. Build secure and robust APIs and microservices to support distributed multi-agent workflows.
  4. Collaborate with Technical Leads, Senior Engineers, and product partners to translate product requirements into technical specifications and stable features.
  5. Maintain and improve developer velocity, testing infrastructure, and overall system reliability.
