With your technical expertise, you will manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. You will design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions.

Responsibilities
- Analyze and understand gaps in our content understanding.
- Build classifiers to improve our automatic content detection by orchestrating signals from various expert models, and to make the most effective use of our human content reviewers.
- Apply novel machine learning methods to address a variety of trust and safety challenges.
- Collaborate with research, operations, and product teams.
- Design, build, productionize, and maintain your solutions.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience with software development in C++, Python, or SQL.
- 2 years of experience with software development with machine learning.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields.
- 2 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Experience with Machine Learning (ML), Learning to Rank (L2R), ranking/recommendation systems and data analysis (e.g., headroom analysis/opportunity sizing).
