What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and grow talent among our engineers and future engineering leaders.
  2. Build broad consensus and bring in several viewpoints and requirements, while being a decision maker.
  3. Provide technical direction and guidance to the teams to land on an architecture that can support our short-term plans and long-term goals.
  4. Work closely with cross-functional partner leads to ensure that we are driving value directly to our customers and listening to their feedback.
  5. Define a goal and roadmap for the team that communicates the best of our offerings to our partners.
