Main Responsibilities
- As a Software Engineer in the Worldwide Logistics (WWL) Product Team you will deliver solutions to facilitate the logistics enablement within Supply Management for John Deere. Facilitating shipment of materials and products from John Deere Facilities. In addition, you will:
- Collaborate with other team members in an Agile environment to assist in resolution of IT technical issues in the Product Team.
- Develop and implement technical solutions to deliver User Stories.
- Establish and implement CI/CD pipelines.
What Skills You Need
- Developing experience for more than a year in:
- Java Web Development.
- Rest API development.
- AWS Practitioner certified.
- Database design (DB2, Postgres or others) and SQL experience.
- Experience with DevOps principles and lean development such as Continuous Integration (GitHub) and Continuous Delivery (GitHub Actions).
- English: Advanced.
What Makes You Stand Out
- Modern web development experience using React and Service Oriented Architecture.
- Experience with cloud operational environments, preferably AWS.
- Understanding of Supply Management processes.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
