What you'd actually do

  1. Build authentication and other product features that make Notion safe and secure by default, helping more people and teams trust Notion for their most important work while supporting growth across consumers and enterprise customers.
  2. Build scalable, AI-powered systems to detect, investigate, and mitigate risks across Notion, including phishing, spam, objectionable content, scraping, private API abuse, account takeover, and other forms of fraud and abuse.
  3. Shape the future of AI safety at Notion by building controls and guardrails for Notion AI, custom agents, and emerging AI workflows—helping make Notion the trusted AI workspace for individuals, teams, and enterprises.
  4. Partner across Trust & Safety, Engineering, Security, Legal, Data, and Product to make trust, privacy, and security a core part of how Notion scales.

Skills

Required

  • 5-8 years of experience building or securing products
  • Domain Expertise in trust, safety, authentication, security, or privacy
  • Ownership and initiative

Nice to have

  • Experience using AI (LLMs and/or classical ML) to solve trust or security problems at scale
