  2. Experience in the full life-cycle of software development, to include requirements development, modeling and design, application development, unit to CSCI testing, integration, formal system testing, release, installation, and maintenance
  3. Differentiating characteristics include demonstrated leadership, teamwork capabilities, excellent oral and written communications skills, and strong interpersonal communication skills
  4. Experience in successfully improving organization AND program processes and procedures

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM or Master’s degree in STEM or PhD in STEM
  • 9 years of related professional/military experience (Bachelor's) OR 7 years (Master's) OR 4 years (PhD)
  • background in software development
  • Agile Framework experience
  • Object Oriented Programming languages: C++, C, AND/OR Python
  • software change control, change management, and CI/CD tools (GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, Atlassian)
  • Active in-Scope, U.S. Government Secret clearance
  • ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Top Secret clearance
