  2. Partner with Business and Product Owners to prioritize enhancements and influence strategic decisions.
  3. Manage, grow, and recruit a software development team — including test engineers, analysts, scrum masters, and development engineers.
  4. Drive a culture of continuous improvement, quality, and operational excellence, providing ongoing coaching and feedback to enable a high-performing team.
