  2. Develop the mid-term technical goal and roadmap for the audio platform. Evolve the roadmap to meet anticipated future requirements and infrastructure needs within the Pixel organization.
  3. Set clear expectations for team members and meet regularly to discuss performance and development. Provide guiding feedback and coaching to help engineers grow and address evolving team needs.
  4. Set and communicate team priorities that support broader organizational goals. Drive alignment with product, UX, research, privacy, security, and hardware partners to ensure the audio ecosystem is compliant and high-performing.
  5. Anticipate and prevent problems related to scaling bottlenecks and battery impact. Implement best practices to ensure the efficiency and health of always-on system features.
