With technical and leadership expertise, you manage engineers across multiple teams and locations, a large product budget and oversee the deployment of large-scale projects across multiple sites internationally.

Responsibilities
- Manage a team of software engineers, including task planning and code reviews.
- Drive technical projects and provide leadership in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
- Be responsible for the overall planning, execution and success of complex technical projects.
- Cross-collaborate with other engineering teams (hardware, architecture and software).
- Contribute technically to projects.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development in one or more programming languages (C/C++), and with experience designing and developing back-end systems.
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
- 2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
- 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
- Experience with secure key provisioning, cryptography, chip personalization.
- Proficiency in memory-safe languages (e.g., Rust, Java, or Go).
