Responsibilities
- Manage an engineering team responsible for implementing various software products and designing and building internal applications that support internal business processes related to supply chain and engineering operations.
- Build consensus among cross-functional teams and influence decision making within executive-level audiences.
- Partner with internal business teams in developing the systems goals and delivery roadmaps.
- Leverage Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) to solve supply chain problems.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 5 years of experience with building and developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or experience with compute technologies.
- 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of people management experience.
- 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products.
- 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
- Experience in managing projects and collaborating across different teams.
