What you'd actually do

  1. Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers responsible for the testing and validation of Google's network switch stack and infrastructure.
  2. Define and drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution for network test engineering, automation, and infrastructure.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Development, SRE, Product Management) to ensure high-quality network deployments.
  4. Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of test frameworks, tools, and testbeds.
  5. Ensure comprehensive test coverage, including functional, performance, scale, and integration testing.
