What you'd actually do

  1. You will collaborate with product, legal, and engineering stakeholders to understand user requirements and translate them into scalable AI-driven solutions for legal workflows.
  2. You will design and develop features leveraging Azure AI, Copilot technologies, and agentic frameworks to automate document processing, decision flows, and user interactions.
  3. You will contribute to system design, architecture, and technical specifications, identifying dependencies and ensuring alignment with platform and compliance standards.
  4. You will implement high-quality, maintainable code for services and features, reusing and extending existing components where applicable.
  5. You will break down complex work into manageable tasks, contribute to sprint planning, and provide accurate effort estimations.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field
  • 2+ years technical engineering experience
