Salesforce is seeking a Software Engineering MTS to join their DET Revenue Applications team. The role involves owning application development for a complex portfolio of initiatives, working directly with architects, engineers, product owners, and business partners globally. Responsibilities include translating functional requirements into technical requirements, developing and testing custom capabilities using Apex and Lightning technologies, building new applications on the Salesforce platform, and adhering to best practices. The position requires 3-5 years of Salesforce Developer experience, strong knowledge of APEX, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, APIs, SOQL, and experience with integrations, AWS, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

What you'd actually do

  1. Translate functional requirements into technical requirements
  2. Develop, test and deploy custom capabilities within Salesforce instances using Apex and Lightning technologies.
  3. Build new applications on the Salesforce platform and adhere to all the best practices.
  4. Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests.
  5. Deploy the new functionalities to higher sandbox environments.
