Salesforce is seeking a Software Engineering MTS in Ireland to design, build, and operate high-quality software for cloud services. The role involves application development, API design, cloud/data engineering, and systems integration, with a strong emphasis on AI-driven development tools like Claude and Cursor to enhance productivity and code quality. This is an engineering role focused on building and scaling cloud services within an enterprise AI context, leveraging AI tools for development rather than building core AI models.

What you'd actually do

  1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications for Salesforce cloud services.
  2. Design, implement, and tune robust APIs and API framework features that perform and scale in a multi-tenant environment.
  3. Design and implement solutions that handle large data sets in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or equivalent).
  4. Build and maintain integrations with internal and external systems and third-party services.
  5. Leverage AI-powered development tools — including Claude and Cursor — to accelerate delivery and improve code quality.
