The US base salary range for this full-time position is $207,000-$300,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Understand the system, do in-depth search, and deliver improvements.
- Translate ideas into functional demos, enable iteration, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Partner with product, analytics, and privacy teams to refine requirements, define success metrics, and ensure responsible feature launches.
- Build adaptable and resilient code that can evolve alongside advancements in large language model (LLM) technology.
- Maintain standards to guarantee a reliable experience for users.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience with software development working with Kotlin and Java.
- 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products.
- 5 years of experience with android application development.
- 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
Preferred qualifications:
- 3 years of experience building and shipping technical products.
- Experience with Generative AI and LLMs.
