Solution Architect for an AI Security group, focusing on customer engagements, technical implementation, and bridging R&D/PM. The role involves owning customer projects, integrating AI security solutions, translating customer needs into product features, and driving pre-sales to technical wins and post-sales to success.

What you'd actually do

  1. Act as the technical point of contact and lead complex customer engagement projects across pre-sale and post-sale efforts.
  2. Partner with internal teams and customers to implement and integrate Cyera’s AI Sec solutions, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with business needs.
  3. Act as a platform expert, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to translate customer challenges into new features and technical solutions.
  4. Troubleshoot complex technical issues, working with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges quickly and effectively.
  5. Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product Management and R&D to accelerate the sales process, manage escalations, and maintain alignment across teams.
