Skills

Required

7 years of solution architect or equivalent proposal/design experience in the enterprise domain
Proposal/delivery experience of Microsoft AI centered on M365/Copilot
Design/proposal experience of AI/Data platforms on Azure (Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Fabric, Synapse, etc.)
Knowledge of business application domains (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, SAP integration, core system integration, etc.)
Communication skills to explain technology in terms of business value to management and business departments
Computer Science degree or equivalent practical experience, and relevant higher education
Consulting business experience
Fluent Japanese communication skills and business-level English communication skills

Nice to have

Implementation/proposal experience of agents/Copilot utilization using generative AI, RAG, fine-tuning, etc.
Business/AI utilization knowledge in specific industries (manufacturing, finance, distribution, public, etc.)
Architect lead experience in large-scale SI/transformation projects
Knowledge of AI governance, Responsible AI, security, and compliance
Microsoft certifications (AZ-305, AI-102, etc.)

Responsibilities

お客様の業務・データ・システム現状を踏まえた、AI 活用ソリューションの構想策定および提案
AI Business Solution (Microsoft 365・Copilot・Dynamics・Power Platform 等)と Cloud & AI (Azure OpenAI・データ基盤等) を横断したリファレンスアーキテクチャの設計
営業・デリバリー部門と連携したセールス活動(提案書・シナリオ作成、お客様への価値訴求、PoC 設計・推進、社内他部門との連携)のリード
オファリングの開発と、再利用可能なソリューションアセット化
お客様 CxO・IT 責任者層に対するAI活用アドバイザリー
社内コンサルタント・エンジニアへの技術ガイダンスおよびイネーブルメント

Qualifications

必須要件

エンタープライズ領域でのソリューションアーキテクト、または同等の提案・設計経験 7 年以上
M365・Copilotを基軸としたマイクロソフトAIの提案・デリバリ経験、Azure 上での AI / データ基盤(Azure OpenAI、Azure AI Foundry、Fabric、Synapse 等)の設計・提案経験
業務アプリケーション領域 (Dynamics 365、Power Platform、SAP 連携、基幹系統合等)の知見
経営層・事業部門に対して、技術を業務価値に翻訳して説明できるコミュニケーション力
コンピュータサイエンスの学位または同等の実務経験、関連する高等教育を受けていること
コンサルティング事業における業務経験
日本語での円滑なコミュニケーション能力および、英語でのビジネスレベルのコミュニケーション能力

推奨要件

生成 AI を活用したエージェント・Copilot活用、RAG、ファインチューニング等の実装・提案経験
特定業界(製造、金融、流通、公共等)における業務・AI活用知見
大規模 SI / トランスフォーメーション案件のアーキテクトリード経験
AI ガバナンス、Responsible AI、セキュリティ・コンプライアンスに関する知見
Microsoft 認定資格 (AZ-305、AI-102等)
