This role is for a Solution Architect focused on designing and delivering Workday solutions for people and talent decisions at Netflix. Responsibilities include configuration, solution design, partnering with stakeholders, translating business needs into scalable Workday solutions, and driving standards for the team. The role requires strong hands-on experience with Workday, understanding of its data structures, reporting, security, and integrations, and the ability to make clear, opinionated tradeoffs.
