Solution Architect: Servicenow HR Service Delivery - Product Engineering

This role is for a ServiceNow HRSD Solution Architect focused on implementing and optimizing HR Service Delivery solutions, including HR workflows, case management, and employee service centers. The architect will be responsible for technical leadership, solution design, engineering craftsmanship, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver outcome-focused solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as the technical advocate for ServiceNow HRSD solutions, ensuring architectural integrity, feasibility, and alignment with business and customer goals, NFRs, and applicable architecture and engineering standards—being responsible for solution architecture blueprints, high-level architecture designs, and integration architecture into the technical landscape and technology stack.
  2. Possess passion and experience as an individual contributor, responsible for the engineering designs and technical feasibility of solutions, being hands-on with design as well as configuration part of the time, contributing to team velocity.
  3. Develop lean engineering solutions through rapid, inexpensive experimentation to solve customer needs.
  4. Work collaboratively with empowered, cross-functional teams including product management, experience, delivery, infrastructure, and security.
