This role focuses on leading strategic sales engagements for Microsoft's Business Applications portfolio, including CRM, ERP, Power Apps, and Co-pilot Studio for AI agentic scenarios. The specialist will drive business planning, customer engagement, solution leadership, and sales execution, acting as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders and collaborating with internal teams and partners to deliver business value.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead strategic account planning and ROB cadences to align business priorities with Microsoft’s Business Applications portfolio.
  2. Drive customer innovation by aligning business needs with Microsoft’s Business Applications, including Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Co-pilot Studio.
  3. Lead technical conversations and workshops, leveraging deep knowledge of low-code/no-code platforms and AI agentic capabilities.
  4. Orchestrate the end-to-end sales cycle, from opportunity discovery to deal closure, ensuring alignment with account strategy.
  5. Collaborate with ISVs and SIs to scale offerings and accelerate time-to-value.
